The Invent Vault is your safe, ultra-secure online storage facility for all your important inventing documents!

The Invent Vault was designed around an open source Document Management System (DMS) that was created from the outset to work specifically with the platform (i.e., Joomla) that The Invent Vault is built on.  

With The Invent Vault you can manage all your important inventing documents across multiple categories and subcategories within a safe, ultra-secure environment while, if you wish, giving third parties, such as investors and licensees, permission to view or download or, even, if you so chose, edit, your documents.  However, if you want to keep your documents from any eyeballs other than your own, this is easily accomplished as well.

Main Features:

• Infinite categories and subcategories:  The documents can be organized across custom categories and subcategories

• Custom groups support:  Documents can be owned by a specific registered user or if the inventor wishes, by a specified group of users.

• Download counter and log:  You can display a download counter per document and monitor any download of documents by third party permittees.  These download are then logged by user, IP, browser, date and hour.

• Own search system:  Your documents can be searched by you (or by others whom you admit) by name and/or description. The search system integrates with The Invent Vault platform without ever risking disclosure of any of your documents.

• Anti-leech system:  The built-in anti-leech system avoids having any third party to whom you grant permission to view your documents from directly linking to documents remotely.

• Path protection:   Real paths to documents are never displayed to users.

• Redundant backups offsite:  Triple backups of all customer files are performed daily at offsite locations utilizing servers containing the latest in file protection and anti-hacking software, including built-in capabilities against denial-of-service attacks.
